This fantasy-style merchant outfit was modeled, rigged, and textured for the modding project Beyond Skyrim. The second image shows the outfit as it appears in the Skyrim game world.
To create this piece, I first put together a rough "base" mesh in Blender, then imported that base mesh into Sculptris and Mudbox for detail sculpting. (The final high-poly model can be seen in the last images). After I finished sculpting the high-poly model, I created a low-poly mesh in Topogun and imported this new mesh back into blender to UV map each piece. And finally, I created the texture for the model in Photoshop CS6.
